Pankaj Sharma is responsible for CIG’s investments with principal focus on sourcing and underwriting direct, co-investment, and secondary investment opportunities.
Prior to joining CIG in 2009, Pankaj held various roles at Bear Stearns, Bank of New York Mellon, and CSFB. He has over two decades of leadership experience in acquisitions, strategic planning, and business investments.
Pankaj serves as a Board member for CIG portfolio companies including Emerald, Edconic, Mindtools and Streamside. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.
